Account
You sign in with email and password. If the login page shows Continue with Google, you may use that instead.
Registration
If new accounts are not being created, Sign in still works for existing accounts. Email support@rivul.ai from the address you intend to use. Do not send a password.
Sessions
On the login page, check Remember me for 30 days to keep the session for 30 days. If it is unchecked, the session lasts 24 hours.
If you see Continue with Google, click it to sign in with a Google account. If that button is not on the page, use email and password.
Password
Open Settings and use Change password. Accounts that only ever signed in with Google have no password to change.
Correspondence
Email support@rivul.ai. State the account address and the failing step. Do not include passwords or session cookies.
