Rivul skills

Open Skills in the sidebar, under Agents, to browse 65 Rivul skills in ten category tabs: Research, Technology, AI/ML, DevOps, SEO, GTM, Learning, Diagrams, Engineering, and Technical Writing. The 20 Research skills are grouped by theme (Discover, Appraise, Synthesize, Write, and Integrity), such as Literature map, Research question framer, Gap finder, Critical appraisal, Evidence table, and Citation verifier.

Each tab counts its skills, search narrows the tab you are in, and a filter shows Rivul skills, community skills, or both.

Open a skill to read its SKILL.md text before you use it. A skill is instructions, not permissions.

Your own skills

Duplicate to edit makes your own copy of a Rivul skill. Create skill starts a blank one, with a live preview beside the Markdown. Each account keeps up to 50 skills of up to 20 KB each; they are included in your data export and deleted with your account.

Community skills

Each tab also lists public community skills from skills.sh, from a catalog Rivul AI refreshes from the skills.sh search API: the name, description, source repository, install count and licence, with a link to the listing. Search also asks skills.sh live for skills the catalog does not list. Preview shows the SKILL.md text and its licence from the source repository before you add it. Add stores a copy of the text only, with its source and, when GitHub reports one, the commit it was read at. HTML is removed and bundled scripts are never stored or run.

Community skills are labelled with their source; read them before use. A community search sends your search words to skills.sh, and preview and add fetch the skill from GitHub; nothing from your library is sent. If skills.sh cannot be reached, the community results are hidden.

Attach skills to an agent

In an agent's settings, pick up to 4 skills. A skill is instructions, not permissions: it never gives an agent extra tools, sources, or access to other data.
